Cancellations​

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booked slot time

  • Late cancellations or no-entry may result in a fee

  • Payments more than 24 hour late may result in a fee

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide safe, accessible premises

  • Secure or remove valuables

  • Notify us of pets, hazards, or any other relevent information about the residence
